Absolutely phenomenal deal considering the price of anything with whey protein in it anymore. The flavor is good and mixes instantly and doesn’t Clump up and the specs are really good. So far it digests easily and doesn’t come back to haunt you later which some do. I definitely will reorder

If you are lactose intolerant, whey protein isolate is the way to go; No pun intended. Whey protein has been filtered to remove lactose in the powder which results in pure protein with less carbs, cholesterol, fat and calories and is therefore very digestible. Ascent has a mild chocolate taste and mixes easily in a large glass with water by simply stirring. If you use coconut or almond milk you will obviously get a creamier consistency. They have this in individual packets at our Fitness Center, as they believe it is the very best out there.

I am 55 years old and I just started using Ascent Protein because I wasn’t getting my daily protein intake. The vanilla flavor is so good that I just mix it with water! All other protein brands upset my stomach but I haven’t had any digestive issues with Ascent Protein.

It is that good. Is it Ben & Jerry’s vanilla ? Of course not.. but Breyers or some store brand, yes! Best protein powder I’ve ever tasted and makes me reach for this brand over all others post workout.

I bought the chocolate flavor of this looking for an alternative to the Muscle Pharm that has quit selling, and have to say, this will not be it. Yeah, it has decent ingredients, but you would need to mix this stuff with coffee creamer to make it taste okay. I have tried a wide variety of whey from and other retailers, and this is easily the worst tasting chocolate flavor I have come across. I am also not really a fan of the Optimum Nutrition brand chocolate, but I would take that over this stuff (if that helps anyone decide). Safe to say I will not be buying another bag of this and trying the Dymatize next.

Great protein, So glad is offering Ascent Native Whey protein. It’s the best tasting protein I’ve had. This protein has no acesulfame potassium that gives people a lot of stomach and gastrointestinal issues, only stevia leaf extract.

I bought this almost a month ago just to get some added protein, being a poor eater. Had read great reviews about this and it was important for me to have the natural sweetener. It blends so easily, I digest it well and it tastes really good. So glad I tried it. Will be buying more. Though I have to admit, the bag is too hard to close, so I use one of those giant clippers.
