FINALLY! This is what panettone is supposed to taste like. Super moist with the delicate flavor coming through. LOVE IT! I have always picked up some of these locally in other stores and they always are so dry that I end up making French toast with them. Just ordered a second one since my husband and I have already eaten one. I hope always carries these. This is definitely better than any I’ve ever had. Wish they carried Stollen this time of year.

Yummy bread! Soft and moist with raisins and orange peel. I sent it to a relative and he said his wife didn’t like raisins so he got to happily eat the whole thing. Since it is imported from Italy, I am sure it is an authentic recipe. I buy a panettone every year for Christmas the last few years since I discovered them. It has become a Christmas tradition. I think it would be good toasted too, but it disappears before I have a chance to try that.

My husband is a connoisseur of Panettone and this gets an A+ for flavor and freshness. I can highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates good, fresh panettone!

Although at first, I was concerned by the price, upon my first bite I decided it was well worth it. I am Sicilian and grew up on the famous “Hill” area of St Louis and our local bakery would make these loaves for Sunday Breakfast and I missed enjoying this treat for many years when I moved to California. I knew I had to give it a try, and was glad I did. the wife and I got three great Sunday morning breakfast from just the one tin.

This panettone was amazing. Super soft, great flavor, and good amount of candied fruits (although, I always want more orange peel!). The bread comes with the traditional paper wrap around the sides, and it’s put in a cellophane bag, then everything is in the tin. I really think the tin helps maintain freshness, because when I opened the (sealed) tin, the aroma was incredible. Typically I buy the panettone in the yellow box from the warehouse, but this was well worth the extra expense, IMO.

This panettone is very good! The amount of fruit isn’t overwhelming but enough to give it the traditional panettone texture and flavor. I would purchase it again, as well as recommend it to friends.

Sent as gifts. Got good feedback. However didn’t let you write a gift message so the recipients didn’t know who sent them!
