Great ceramic nonstick surface eliminates unwanted PFAS chemicals. Did not realize that higher temperatures are a problem and burned residue can be a challenge to remove. Buy the Green Pan cleansing pads direct for this purpose. Wish they were included in the set.

Follow directions! Use butter or olive oil heat in pan first. Don’t use high heat. Med to med high works great. Let pan cool. Wipe with paper towel and wash. Works great on induction stove. Flat bottomed. So far I ❤️ them!

Somewhere between cheap non-stick, and expensive stainless lies the ceramic coated cookware. I have some trepidation about the propensity to chip, and I already have a bit of staining I can get out, and the custom made scrubbers are not available at this time, so I give the cookware a 4 star rating. It does perform quite nicely for cooking however, and it definitely is necessary to cook at lower temperatures. Frying eggs in the small pan is slick enough to allow them to be flipped quite nicely. Overall, I like the cookware quite a lot, and hope they hold up.

I really like them. They look nice, feel good, and cook well. However the fry pan had a chip in it in week one after following all directions to the book. I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a quality, durable, and affordable cookware set. Also there is no lids that fit the fry pans which is super annoying.

I am so disappointed. I have two other GreenPan skillets and love them. I just got this, and after the first use I see the enamel scratching. I used only a wooden spoon. Because of where the scratches are (near the top rim) I have to presume it is from the lids, or interaction with other pans when stacking. Also, they include soft spacer materials to use when stacking, which I used and is a great idea. Clearly not enough (or perhaps it was used to mitigate this known issue?). Now to figure out how to deal with directly on this. (sigh) Especially disheartened b/c products are typically of such high quality.
