I have been buying this Saigon Cinnamon for as long as has been carrying it and will continue to do so for as long as I survive and continues with it on their shelves. It is the best cinnamon I have ever found and I will recommend to anyone who likes cinnamon with a sharp taste.

We purchased a two-pack online of this absolutely delicious organic Saigon cinnamon in April, 2020 when we were quarantined in NYC during the worst part of the COVID-19 pandemic. The product is fresh, colorful and is ground to a very fine powder, and it is packed to the brim. It is very aromatic and the flavor is intense and sensual. We made incredible gourmet treats and cinnamon tea, and our family really loved it. However, try to be careful because eating or drinking too much of it at once (in cinnamon-spiced tea) can make you go to the bathroom! This is normal, as all cinnamon naturally tends to be medicinal and affects the human digestive flora in the stomach and intestinal tract. To remedy this, ensure that you follow up by eating some yogurt with active (live) yogurt cultures to replace the natural digestive flora. In any case, we love this product and we will certainly buy it again. We highly recommend it.

It’s the lower quality cassia (which contains high quantities of Coumarin) rather than Ceylon cinnamon. Also, online it’s 2 for $15. In store price is much lower.

Pure Cinnamon at its best!! This Kirkland organic cinnamon has a more vibrant taste than the non-organic cinnamon currently available under this brand.

Saigon cinnamon is highly-prized and usually very expensive. This Kirkland one is by far the cheapest I have found, and super delicious.

I use cinnamon a lot in cooking and baking, so having this quantity available is good. I also have used it in my garden to repel biting ants and also to keep some of the wildlife repelled. It helps to have quantity for that purpose and it is nice to avoid pesticides.
