I love the Walkers Shortbread Cookies I wish there was a here in Bismarck, ND. The only issue was during shipping about 20% of cookies were broken.

I just bought this the other day, and I am so disappointed. The package insert declares that some of these cookies are a different recipe than the standard, and over half of them are not good at all. The new recipe is supposed to have more butter, but it is practically tasteless. It may be due to undercooking. The ones with the old recipe are amazing, the new ones taste raw, have the wrong texture, and are way too crumbly and hard to eat without making a mess. Since the finger shapes are the new recipe, they are much more volume than the other packs, so the tin is over half not good. I hope we can get a choice so I can avoid the crumbly ones next year.

Best tasting shortbread cookies. I’ve been buying this container from for years and bringing the individual packages to meetings and parties throughout the year. It draws delicious “EWW”s and “AAHH”s from family and friends, including some from Scotland. Very well received by guests and the 4 + pounds of short bread are very tasty and probably provide good nourishment to sustain us on our journeys among the highlands and lowlands of our lives. I highly recommend for sustained enjoyment. Let them be a treat over many months. Just don’t eat them all yourself. The tin is a handy container later.

Just coming back from a long visit to Scotland, but would never have room for this big cookie tin in our luggage. Kirkland saved the day, and had a decent price on this fabulous shortbread from one of the towns we visited. 100% Unbroken cookies which tasted great. However the Beautiful keepsake box was kind of ruined by them slapping a large shipping label right on the side of the tin. They did not put the cookie tin in a cardboard shipping box, so we got a tin with a few scratches and an ugly shipping label on one side. We’ve tried to remove the shipping label which just made things worse for the otherwise beautiful tin.

Walkers Shortbread is absolutely delicious and is well worth the price. I do however miss the rounds that used to be in the large tin and have been replaced by the Highlanders. The biggest issue with eating these is being able to stop!! Great quality

I bought this large box of shortbread cookies in my store during the holidays. I just finally finished the last crumb, lamenting that I would have to wait until next December to rebuy when hubby suggested looking on the website. Imagine my glee when they were there, available year ’round! I ordered them received them a few days later, with no broken cookies, mind you! Now I am enjoying these delicious shortbread cookies daily! rocks, and these cookies (by the way, sealed in small packages inside the large tin, to stay fresh) are the best shortbread cookies ever!

  7. A. Bray

I bought a tin of these cookies as a gift for my sister and her family and she said they were delicious! Unfortunately, she did not eat many because her mother in law ate the majority of them! She kept saying over and over how they taste so good with her coffee! Of course, Walkers makes some of the best shortbread cookies in the world. These cookies make a very nice gift! Make sure and buy a tin for yourself!
