For maturing Adults, most don’t get enough Vitamin D. D2 does the same as D3 in the body but is far more expensive. Vitamin D has shown to reduce risks of multiple “aging” issues helping with both the quality of life and longevity. Do your research at PubMed (NIH NLM) before taking any supplements.
