This is a comprehensive supplement of vitamins essential to immunity health and well being. I began taking it at the beginning of the pandemic along with D3 because I believed it would build up my immunity. I am convinced it helped me and my husband -we are in our late 60’s-fight off COVID after we were directly exposed to it and never developed one symptom. We still are taking it religiously and haven’t had a cold, sniffles, or any other malady.

I am really liking this stuff! Only been taking them for a short while now (to boost my immune system leading up to my 2nd covid vaccine) and also eating a few extra oranges for vitamin C too, but so far, so good. I feel good taking these, I’m hoping they do their job!

Love the combination of vitamins and supplements in this Super C by Nature Made. Exactly what I need as flu season is upon us and I am B cell suppressed from cancer maintenance treatments, susceptible to every little flu or infection. The combination of these antioxidants helps me to be proactive and as healthy as one can be with my current health situation.Easy to swallow but I recommend eating with them and not taking them in the evening. They cause quite the acid reflux, personally. If you have that kind of problem definitely use caution and use only with a full glass of liquid and food.
