Needs a coating to make it easier to swallow.

Zinc has been hard to come by since Covid. Found these for a great deal at . They’re chalky I’ll be honest, and some serious nausea if you take them on an empty stomach.
N. Matthews –
I hardly ever have trouble swallowing pills, but these require some work. They are not very big. I sense they do not have any coating and begin dissolving immediately on my tongue. Maybe that’s why they are so stubborn. So while I am happy I am taking steps to boost my immune system, I wish these went down easier.
E. Perez –
I cut this in half so it’s easier to swallow. Daily upper limit according to NIH is 40mg. Used along with Vitamins C, D3, B-complex, & Quercetin to fight off the current health crisis.
C. Parker –
Bought this because a nurse suggested. It is a tough pill to take with water. Very dry it makes you choke. I dissolved it in OJ and could get it down without choking.
