I was surprised upon opening this to find the mix of nuts is mostly pumpkin seeds and I saw no identifiable macadamia nuts as shown on the photo on the bag. If you’re wanting whole macadamias, you will be disappointed to find ithat n the entire bag, I’m guessing there might be a dozen macadamias, all chopped in tiny pieces. I ordered online. I was happy that the nuts are fresh, but the mixture is admittedly expensive for what you pay, even getting 2 bags included in the price. The cheese balls were better than I expected. I wish there were more. The nuts are raw, not roasted. Personally, I do like the mix and will purchase again, but I’m also going to add some whole macadamia nuts that I purchased separately.

Well a couple of things. If I had wanted to order almonds with a chalk like substance coating them, and a million pumpkin seeds, I could have done better. The pecans are few, and the macadamias features so prominently in the bag photo are actually broken up halves and quarters when you can actually find them. The cheese balls are revolting. If those are cheddar, I have no idea what kind. A massive fail from my point of view. For this price, expect disappointment. Make your own mix, and have plenty of macadamias mixed in. At the very least the probiotic “dust” could have been flavored with something. It’s virtually tasteless.
