I bought this mushroom supplement when I learned from my naturopathic doctor that my white blood cell count was down, and she told me to get Shitake mushrooms into my diet, along with echinacea. I found ways to add mushrooms into my food, and I added this mushroom supplement as an extra measure. It took about two weeks to start feeling like my energy was returning to normal. I am now feeling much better. During this process, I learned about all of the great nutritional properties of mushrooms. I will continue to take this mushroom supplement going forward as added protection during flu and cold season. Thank you, , for providing this great supplement at such a good value.

Well, first off. I’m not sure what it’s support to do. My wife heard about it from a co-worker and I’m the test subject. I’ve been taking a week or so. My digestive function has improved. I’m sleeping longer. I haven’t slept an 8 hour night on a long time. So yes, I am feeling better. Don’t know how or why. But I’m not going to stop. I’m taking it everyday. At this point, I’m on the path of buying more. I love the feeling of feeling better.

This product is amazing (and I’m ultra sensitive)! I take two in the morning and I can go all day long. I can’t believe how much energy this provides. My husband is undergoing chemotherapy for a Stage 4 cancer. He is also taking several natural supplements in addition. We like the medicinal mushrooms that have been used for ages. These and the other natural supplements must be helping because his blood tests are good in spite of the toxic chemo drugs. We definitely will continue to buy this Mushroom 7 product as well as several natural supplements. We make sure the natural supplements work together with chemotherapy. In addition to the many benefits of killing cancer cells, these natural supplements can also lessen the side effects of chemo. I also take them as a preventative. We’ll definitely continue buying as long as carries this product.

Mushroom powder was recommended by a co-worker to boost immunity. I used some in powder form that worked, but the taste was intolerable. Then I found these capsules and have been using them since! They are very reasonably priced too. While many of my friends and coworkers were sick over the winter, I wasn’t. There are many other benefits- but I’m just happy that I haven’t had a cold in almost 2 years!

This supplement REALLY works! My blood pressure is now under great control. It took about 2 weeks for it to kick in (I take four capsules/day). I’ve now been able to cut my prescription blood pressure medication (Valsartan) in half, and enjoy lower blood pressure than under twice the amount Valsartan. I’m looking forward to being able to get off of prescription blood pressure medication altogether. Not to mention that batches of Valsartan have been recalled twice in the past 6 months for containing carcinogenic by-products. I suggest giving this supplement a try. Everyone’s different, but my blood pressure was 140-155 over 100 before these mushrooms, and now it’s 110-80. I hope it works for you, too.

Found this last year looking for dried mushrooms, and was interested in how it would interact. Since most if not all the mushrooms are very promising in helping the body’s immune system. Bought some bottles and not til the coughing and sneezes began I took them and within days I got better. Since then have been taking along with the fam and no one got the flu or cold. I hope keeps these since they are 1 of a kind.

I’ve long had immune system issues — since chemotherapy in the ’80s — and I’ve tried several things to give my immune system a ‘boost.’ I used to get occasional colds and such — as well as some minor infections now and then.This was recommended to me by my former wife — and I’ve been taking it on and off for almost 2 years.I don’t understand the mechanism by which this stuff works — but I do better WITH it than without it.
