Purchased because I believed it would be easier to take as opposed to the harsh taste of liquid form. Seems to continue in helping with my acid reflux. Also seems to keep my glucose level in check. Will continue to purchase.

I have had acid reflux for most of my life. I decided to try the capsules after having less reflux when drinking apple cider vinegar after meals previously. Although these smell like the liquid form, they go down much easier AND I’ve only experienced slight acid reflux on 2 separate nights since beginning these a month ago. I no long take omeprazole, all I need are 2 of these after an acidic or fatty meal and 2 at night.

I take these pills as part of a health plan to lower my blood sugar levels. As a pre-diabetic I had the choice to continue what I was doing and become diabetic, or make some lifestyle changes. These pills, with diet (greatly reduce starches and carbohydrates) and excercise did the trick. I lost about 10% body weight, feel great and lowered my A1c.

I bought my first bottle at the store prior to Covid. Opened bottle and as everyone else says, you can smell the vinegar. Capsule is clear. To be safe, I have been ordering online. A couple of weeks ago my second bottle arrived. No smell of vinegar when opened, pills are a different color and transparency. These are a solid white capsule. Called the manufacturer who swears it is the same pill. Plan to send a sample of each. Neither have expired. store offered refund but I just want to make sure these are as effective. 5 stars for store bought first bottle.

I started these capsules because I wanted the benefits of ACV but couldn’t stomach the taste of the liquid. I’ve found my skin clearer, much less acid reflux and an overall improvement in digestive health and the surprise benefit of weight loss! Along with a change in diet and activity with these pills I’ve lost a little over 20 lbs in 3 months. It’s true that the pills smell and you’ll have the smell in your mouth for the moment, before swallowing, but no burning or after taste like from the liquid.

I am very happy with these and am ordering more. First time I took 2 before bed and I feel like I woke up much less blotted! I look forward to increasing my dosage and have reasonable hopes that these will help balance my sensitive gut. (I have Severe Celiac Disease, which was previously diagnosed as Leaky Gut Syndrome) if that shoe fits your issues, I would highly recommend! These are Celiac Safe and Gluten Free!

I was skeptical about ACV being in pill form. But after 2 days I was sold.Tip: take 1 pill before bed. It will help you sleep. It assists with lowering blood sugar which helps you get into rem. Good rest = quicker recovery time if you work out as well as weight management. I had my wife take it before bed without mentioning why, within 2 days she even noticed that when taking this she slept much deeper and through the night. I was/am very happy that we experienced the same effects with this product as I had with Bragg liquid ACV. Definitely a game changer over taking the liquid.

There is no doubt, this is Apple Cider Vinegar. The moment I removed the seal under the cap, I was reminded why I stopped drinking the liquid.Consider it a quick shock to the nose with all the “benefits” that one of the most famous and respected healthcare magazines questions regarding ACV.Personal advice: If you have your weekly vitamins organized in a small box and you take the daily load from there, do NOT add these capsules to that box for the daily dosage. It will stink bad and might affect the other vitamins as well. I will keep taking the two capsules daily dosage until I will run out. Not sure if it has any real benefits anymore, but taking the capsules is easier than burning the throat with the liquid.
