The people here must have used some magic when growing these coffee beans. It has a super smooth flavor for a medium roast that has a nice finish to it. The nutrient rich soil definitely shines in the beans, and has a nice aroma when you first open the bag. Will be buying this again!

Like other San Francisco Bay coffees that I’ve tried, this is a dark roast, described as a medium roast. It has none of the smoothness I associate with Hawaiian coffees. If you like dark roasts, it is adequate, otherwise choose something like Lavazza organic, which no longer stocks, unfortunately.
