I see a lot of bad reviews because of difficulty figuring out how to put the lid back together so it actually works. I had the same problem myself at first. 1. The internal lock and unlock is to take it apart, not to operate it so you can drink. If you leave it unlocked and then attempt to drink out of it, of course it’s going to leak.2. To re-assemble the lid, arrange the gasket on the underside of the plastic piece (the piece with the lock symbol on it) so the Little nipples get pressed into the holes. When you push it in place you should hear it seat (almost like a click) on each side. 3. When trying to lock it back in place ensure you pull the tab on the top of the lid to the open position. The underside should lock back in place easily. If it is difficult, you have the tab closed on the top of the lid and it will not work properly.

Great travel tumblers, I have designated my WHITE one as my HOT Coffee / Travel mug for my car ( it really matches my car ) & the STAINLESS STEEL one for all Ice / COLD Beverages … I am impressed with how COLD it gets … still has solid ice in the glass when I wake up in the morning & well into the day … good purchase

I really like these tumblers, mine do not leak and are easy to clean. I bought them to carry to work, these aren’t the type of container that you would want to put loose into a bag, but I have used them in the outside pocket of a backpack that is meant for water bottles without any issue. They keep hot things hot and cold things cold for the time advertised as well! One reviewer mentioned an issue with having to take the lid off to drink the coffee – that is not accurate – the unlock/lock for the internal piece is just so you can clean the lid mechanism. To drink you just slide the piece on top of the lid open. I really like that the lid comes apart easily for cleaning.

I use this exclusively for coffee. My aeropress fits in the top so I can press coffee directly into these. It keeps coffee hot a long time. Only oddity is the lid sticks really deep into the cup, like 1.5″. You do need to be careful not to overfill or you’ll make a mess. The lid is water tight, it’s tipped over many times and not leaked a drop. Also… dishwasher safe which is nice.
